I keep on cruising through commentaries.

Thanks for one more!

Till now Sri Aurobindo's writings have been like a guiding light to me in times of uncertainty, often it feels like he is talking to me only lol

If possible, I highly recommend going through the "Record of Yoga" by Sri Aurobindo, he has documented his entire journey as a sadhak in it.

Two books on the Veda in English. One by Sri Aurobindo and one by Jamieson and Brereton. Reading both makes one realize the extraordinary amount of epistemic violence on Indian culture and heritage by the latter.

Sri Aurobindo explains that Ananda, the divine joy of being,  is the aim of life. Who can realise it, even in the midst of all the suffering of the world? He analyses everything about life and death.

No, I think they were comfortable with that passive version of Bharat Mata. Once she was incorporated with Shakti—and Sri Aurobindo was responsible for that —the deity became unacceptable

Without Aurobindo, there would have been no Rash Behari; without Rashbehari, no Sachin Sanyal; without Sanyal, no Bhagat Singh....... each generation lit their revolutionary fire from those who came before them.
