According to his Facebook, Villupuram MP, Mr. Ravi Kumar, has written a letter to Tamil Nadu CM mentioning that Secretary Jayanti Ravi has been working to replace the Tamil-based activities and transform the Tamil Marabu Maiyam into an RSS staff training and hostel.
Furthermore, there are other spaces in Auroville such as the Sanskrit Research Institute or the Auroville Language Laboratory, where Sanskrit language and literature are taught, collected, and preserved. Why should the Tamil Heritage Center be appropriated for such purposes?
This event is distasteful towards the ideals of the Maiyam and the inaugural blessings and vision of Kalaignar. Is Jayanti Ravi weaponizing this day in order to change the original purpose of the Tamil Heritage Center?
It is reported that the Tamil Heritage Center is being appropriated for a Sanskrit training camp. The Sanskrit Bharathi Tamil Nadu Exchange is being organized for about 300 people at the Tamil Heritage Center, from May 23 till June 03, which is the 100th birthday of Kalaignar.
Priviledged and honored to be the part of the Inauguration of Samaskrita Teacher's Residential Camp, which is going to be held in Auroville for 12 days. #Auroville #SamskritaBharati
Auroville Evolution; this is the final entry in my India diaries and probably the best. For those interested in occulture, esotericism and semiotics this one's for you.
I don't really see why we should be sympathetic to them on some personal and historical level. It's fine to recognize geopolitical realism where Turkey is against us, but some bhaichara we wuzz both indigenous conquered by Turks is silly.
Lot of Indians have always been historically sympathetic to Greece or Armenia, but I personally always sided more with the Turks. Both these ethnicities have always been fanatical Christians who opposed paganism, and the former were directly responsible for killing the millenia… Show more

Victimhood is a dominant emotion in our country. The present generation is suffering from needless mental agony due to past atrocities and injustices. This gives rise to the vendetta mentality. The so-called hallowed idea of nationalism provides justification for bigotry & hatred.
India has a large population and hence obsession over just one person is a bit anomalous. No traditional wisdom sanctions that and nothing can travel very far with such travestied ethics. The Mother & Sri Aurobindo have left behind a rich paradigm of how life should be organised.
